Notice to City of Jarrell Water Customers – Water Disinfectant Change
This notice affects City of Jarrell Water Customers ONLY.
On May 21, 2021, the City of Jarrell will be changing the disinfectant that we use from chlorine to chloramines. This change is intended to benefit our customers by reducing the levels of disinfection by-products to the system, while still providing protection from waterborne disease.
